Please notify owner of any damages prior to departing. Turn off all air conditioning units, heaters, lights, and appliances. Please return items you received during check in such as keys, remote controls, parking permits, etc.

THINGS TO KNOW

We recommend using Lyft or Uber services. We also offer rental cars for an additional cost. Metro Red Line which can take you to Hollywood, Downtown, and connecting lines that travel much of the city are close by.

Guests

Please honor the amount of people you state in your reservation, if the number of occupants is greater than what was reported on the original reservation please notify us so we could properly update the reservation and include the extra guest fee if applicable. Visitors, dinner parties, and gatherings should be discussed in advance. Parties are absolutely forbidden and will result in full loss of security deposit.

Pet Policy

Generally we allow well-trained pets at the property. Please discuss and provide general information about the pet in advance for approval. There will be an additional pet fee.

Neighbors

Neighbors should be treated with respect, please do not block neighbor’s driveways or have excessive cars blocking the street. Please refrain from loud noise at all times. After 9 pm outdoor areas need to be completely quiet.
