First Floor:

Two living rooms, kitchen with a spacious pantry, laundry room, two dining areas, one bedroom with an attached bathroom, and an additional guest bathroom.
Formal living room with a fireplace, comfortable sitting area, and an electronic piano.
Second living room includes a large TV, stereo system, and a bar.
Large formal dining room with seating for 8 for a fancy dinner or a quite night.
Laundry room is located on the first floor next to the garage.
Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary tools, and electronic appliances: 2 drawer refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, oven, breakfast table with 6 chairs, and pantry.

Office area with a common sitting space and a table. Spacious master bedroom with California king bed, beautiful balcony with two lounge chairs, walk-in closet, sofa and TV. The other three bedrooms include queen beds (one of the three bedrooms has 2 queen beds for a total of 4 queen beds in the 3 bedrooms), closets, bathrooms, and TVs.

Outdoor:

Heated Pool, hot tub, basketball hoop, lounge chairs, outdoor dining table with 6 chairs, kitchenette with BBQ, and relaxing fire pit with a sitting area around. Gated front yard with a large driveway accommodating 6 cars. Thermometers in each floor that are easy to adjust depending on your preferences. Guests can have access to the entire property during their stay.

Property should be treated with care, respect, and consideration, as well as all furniture and appliances. Pool heather, electric, and gas (utilities) should not be left on all-night or abused.

Film, TV, Web and Print productions are accepted upon approval, based on daily rates (please inquire). Special Events: If you have a special event or would like a special consideration please discuss in advance as it may not be possible in this specific location but we might be able to offer you another option that better fits your needs.

Please notify owner of any damages prior to departing. Turn off all air conditioning units, heaters, lights, and appliances. Please return items you received during check in such as keys, remote controls, parking permits, etc.

THINGS TO KNOW

We recommend using Lyft or Uber services. We also offer rental cars for an additional cost. Metro Red Line which can take you to Hollywood, Downtown, and connecting lines that travel much of the city are close by.

Guests

Please honor the amount of people you state in your reservation, if the number of occupants is greater than what was reported on the original reservation please notify us so we could properly update the reservation and include the extra guest fee if applicable. Visitors, dinner parties, and gatherings should be discussed in advance. Parties are absolutely forbidden and will result in full loss of security deposit.

Pet Policy

Generally we allow well-trained pets at the property. Please discuss and provide general information about the pet in advance for approval. There will be an additional pet fee.

Neighbors

Neighbors should be treated with respect, please do not block neighbor’s driveways or have excessive cars blocking the street. Please refrain from loud noise at all times. After 9 pm outdoor areas need to be completely quiet.
