The 7,000 sq. ft. gated commercial Mural Yard is semi-private with rotating painted murals on 10’ high perimeter steel walls.  It has easy drive-up access with 16’ high truck clearance.  Tivoli lights to create a lovely skylit setting for all occasions. The Mural Yard may be used for a plethora of outdoor events, some of which range to film screenings, photography shoots, food trucks stations, production vehicle docking, communal soccer scrimmages, and more. 

***FYI: The lot has no outdoor plumbing, restrooms, or outdoor kitchen facilities.  Clients would need to rent portable restrooms for outdoor events.
